This Sims 4 small business build is a love letter to self-expression- where bold design meets bolder dreams. On the first floor, you’ll find four sleek tattoo booths ready for apprenticeships, storytelling ink, or a walk-in with drama written all over it. Upstairs? Velvet textures, moody lighting, and a grand chandelier set the stage for the kind of live performances that linger in your Sim’s memory long after the last note fades.

But that’s not all- this Nordhaven venue includes a rooftop bar and open-air lounge made for stargazing, slow dancing, or maybe just flirting under fairy lights.
